Fine location to the terminal 3 Haneda airport, rooms in a capsule style, which our kids like so much. Clean and well maintained (only the windows should have been cleaner) The only issue is the noise, which is coming to rooms due to thin walls (you can hear everyone walking on the corridor, so the guests need to be advised before- also fine in our case - one another grouo was really silent, although we heard their footsteps :)

Quiet area, close to food stores and subway, monorails and Haneda Airport. Clean. The rooms are small but nice. A big bonus was the mini fridge that we had not expected but that made it possible to buy and store breakfast over night. Perfect for when you have a late flight to or early flight from Haneda Airport

Clean and cozy, everyone has a rather big bed. Although it’s close to the airport, with the window closed we didn’t hear the noise of airplanes

Property was located close to the station. Beds were comfortable with privacy curtain which was great Air conditioned Power points with usb charging at every bed Light on every bed Good value for money

Super close to the airport so for late arrivals, it's ideal. A cute little 7/11 a short walk away and stays open late. Comfy bed, private shower room with all that's needed.

The location was good, shops are close, commuting to the train station or view points wasn’t far of a walk. The place was super clean and looked very nice, and comfy.

Good alternative to a capsule. Nice and near the airport. Great for an overnight stay if your plane arrives when the trains are closed in the evening.

Clean, comfortable bed. Cheap! Close to the airport. Great lights in each bed with usb nd plus charging points. Electronic check-in could be easier ..... but I fear this was Booking.com's fault not the hotel.

first staying here i got on the ground floor so it is nice, the second time i got room on second floor.. the stairs were small... so i have to carry my luggage up there.. overall very nice and clean
