Fine location to the terminal 3 Haneda airport, rooms in a capsule style, which our kids like so much. Clean and well maintained (only the windows should have been cleaner) The only issue is the noise, which is coming to rooms due to thin walls (you can hear everyone walking on the corridor, so the guests need to be advised before- also fine in our case - one another grouo was really silent, although we heard their footsteps :)

Quiet area, close to food stores and subway, monorails and Haneda Airport. Clean. The rooms are small but nice. A big bonus was the mini fridge that we had not expected but that made it possible to buy and store breakfast over night. Perfect for when you have a late flight to or early flight from Haneda Airport

Perfectly fine for budget accommodation close to Haneda airport. It was clean and had everything we needed for our quick overnight stay.

Clean and cozy, everyone has a rather big bed. Although it’s close to the airport, with the window closed we didn’t hear the noise of airplanes

Beautiful area, amazing value for money close to lots of shops and train stations . Had air conditioning and heating and was very comfortable for three people. Owner was very responsive

Super close to the airport so for late arrivals, it's ideal. A cute little 7/11 a short walk away and stays open late. Comfy bed, private shower room with all that's needed.

The location was good, shops are close, commuting to the train station or view points wasn’t far of a walk. The place was super clean and looked very nice, and comfy.

Good alternative to a capsule. Nice and near the airport. Great for an overnight stay if your plane arrives when the trains are closed in the evening.
